Balance this indulgent entree with smart side dishes. For example, choose a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, and baked or roasted potatoes.
Cut 2 lb. baking potatoes into wedges, cutting each potato into 4 wedges. Place in 13x9-inch pan. (Not the same pan used for ribs.) Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. oil; sprinkle with 1 tsp. seasoning salt. Bake in oven along with the ribs. Transfer to grill after 1 hour, along with the ribs. Grill 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning after 10 min. Serve with ribs.

We thought this was very delcious and tasty. I did cut back on the cocoa as some recommended. I also cooked the ribs in the oven as someone else suggested except I forgot to add water, however this did not seem to make a difference. I've been looking for a good recipe for ribs and now I found it! This will be a regular in our house!
