Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As the recipe is written, it is quite delicious. As the recipe is written, it is quite delicious. I am from New Orleans and we like very seasoned food - not necessarily spicy, but seasoned. This recipe needed some tweaks to the seasonings. I defrosted my pork chops in the marinade and added a little extra sugar to the marinade. I also added some mustard to the marinade. To the sauce, I added some cayenne, extra stone ground Dijon, and a pinch of both sugar and salt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved this recipe. My family loved this recipe. My teenage daughter said is was better than delicious... it was awesome! That means a lot coming from a teen. Super easy to make. I did add some of the rosemary to the brine because I love the taste of rosemary. Will definitely make this again. Perfect recipe for a long day beside the pool!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very moist pork with tangy delicious sauce. Very moist pork with tangy delicious sauce. Made it with a whole (2.5 lb) pork tenderloin- marinate for 4 hours, remove from marinade and pat dry, brown in skillet, coat with mayo mixture then finish in the oven. Definitely double the mayo mixture- heat remainder and serve on the side. Everyone lover it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great tasting and easy recipe. This is a great tasting and easy recipe. The taste is more "elegant" than what you would expect from a brew pub. I used Grey Poupon Mild & Creamy Dijon Mustard & added some rosemary to the marinade. I have made this twice & marinated the chops about 2hrs the second time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great recipe and super easy! Great recipe and super easy! My boyfriend and I both loved it! Definitely a keeper! I did reserve some of the sauce to use for dipping, and it was great. Also, I used a bit of dried rosemary instead of the fresh stuff and it worked great.
