I have used both Budweiser and Yeungling to marinate the meat. I also add a little garlic and rosemary right into the marinade. I have used thin boneless pork chops and cooked them stove top in a pan. They are phenomenal!!!
These chops have great flavor and stay very moist. Unfortunately we were having horrible weather and could not make them on the grill so had to make due with the broiler. I will definitely try these again this summer when we can grill them.
Very moist pork with tangy delicious sauce. Made it with a whole (2.5 lb) pork tenderloin- marinate for 4 hours, remove from marinade and pat dry, brown in skillet, coat with mayo mixture then finish in the oven. Definitely double the mayo mixture- heat remainder and serve on the side. Everyone lover it!
