  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese in medium bowl until blended. Stir in salmon and onions.
  • Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Line each cup with 1 won ton wrapper. Fill with salmon mixture; sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake 10 min. or until won tons are browned.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers for the onions.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

    this was sure tasty & easy, my smoked salmon was really dry & so were the snack's. Next time I will add a bit of sour cream or milk.

    This is great appetizer, and it is very simple to make.

    This was amazing, and i didn't even use smoked salmon. I ended up only having canned salmon at home. So i used a little over a 5 oz can and a half of that instead. I also really liked the leftover mix as a little dip. It was great overall, cheap and easy to make. :D
