  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Combine next 4 ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
  • Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with broccoli mixture and remaining cheeses. Bake 2 min. or until cheeses are melted.
  • Sprinkle with onions.
