with a few addition and subtractions i made the
recipe as is. I dont like peppers so i used appox.
2 tblsp. of green onions, and added appox. 4 thinly
sliced baby carrots. I also used chicken breasts
strips,and regular ranch light dressing. I added a
baked potato to round out my meal. It was
fantastic. will be making this again.
Made the Broccoli-Cauliflower Chicken Salad today for dinner and it was a cool and refreshing. It is a nice summer meal. I will certainly be making this again.
