Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have made a version of this with just caulflower. I have made a version of this with just caulflower. So I treated this the same way.. at end I took and put the crackers on and put is under the broilers for about 3 mins to give crispy crust. When I do whole head of cauliflower covered with the mustard/ranch/mayo,whatever you are using. I top with Cheddar, Italian blend, whatever type of cheese in house and broil to finish off. Yum yum.. this was great because it used both brococoli and cauliflower.. staples in my house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this receipe about four times and each time it never makes it to the table. I've made this receipe about four times and each time it never makes it to the table. It's eaten before I've even put the crushed crackers on top.My family isn't fond of mustard, so I omit that and it's still delicious. I do use fresh vegetables when I do make, they stay crunchier than frozen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just made this recipe, and it was delicious! I just made this recipe, and it was delicious! Very quick and easy to make, as well as relatively healthy. Definitely added a lot of zesty flavors, which is good if you have anyone over that is a bit picky with the greens. I will be making this dish again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe using just frozen broccoli. I made this recipe using just frozen broccoli. I didn't have ranch dressing so I used parmesan dressing with black peppercorns which is so much tastier and I left out the mustard (not a fan).
