I used this recipe as a basis for the dish I made because I didn't have all the ingredients. I used 1% milk plus some Kraft Mexican style 4-cheese finely shredded cheese instead of the cream cheesed, and just regular ranch dressing. It turned out great.
Wow I just posted a review not realizing this recipe calls for peppercorn ranch. I've made it so much by memory that I had forgotten. Anywhoo...this recipe is excellent! If I don't have ritz crackers, I use a lil Shake n Bake or breadcrumbs. Preferably SnB. Happy eating!
