  • Microwave cream cheese, dressing and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 45 sec. or until cream cheese is softened and sauce is heated through. Stir until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  • Combine vegetables in large bowl. Add sauce; toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
  • Transfer to serving bowl; top with cracker crumbs.


Prepare using frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets.

    I used this recipe as a basis for the dish I made because I didn't have all the ingredients. I used 1% milk plus some Kraft Mexican style 4-cheese finely shredded cheese instead of the cream cheesed, and just regular ranch dressing. It turned out great.

    Wow I just posted a review not realizing this recipe calls for peppercorn ranch. I've made it so much by memory that I had forgotten. Anywhoo...this recipe is excellent! If I don't have ritz crackers, I use a lil Shake n Bake or breadcrumbs. Preferably SnB. Happy eating!
