Broccoli & Cauliflower Supreme Recipe

What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, cubed

1/4

cup KRAFT FREE Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

1

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1-1/2

bunches broccoli, cut into florets (about 6 cups), steamed, drained

1/2

head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 3 cups), steamed, drained

RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

Make It

MICROWAVE cream cheese, dressing and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 45 sec. or until cream cheese is softened and sauce is heated through. Stir until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended.

COMBINE vegetables in large bowl. Add sauce; toss until vegetables are evenly coated.

TRANSFER to serving bowl; top with cracker crumbs.

I used this recipe as a basis for the dish I made because I didn't have all the ingredients. I used 1% milk plus some Kraft Mexican style 4-cheese finely shredded cheese instead of the cream cheesed, and just regular ranch dressing. It turned out great.

Wow I just posted a review not realizing this recipe calls for peppercorn ranch. I've made it so much by memory that I had forgotten. Anywhoo...this recipe is excellent! If I don't have ritz crackers, I use a lil Shake n Bake or breadcrumbs. Preferably SnB. Happy eating!

My husband and I were not crazy about it. I think it calls for too much djon mustard, just too tangy.

We did not care for the Dijon, but everything else was good. Perhaps try it with Honey mustard instead.

Apparently I'm the only one but I really didn't like it. It may have been some sort of weird psychological reaction to mustard in a place I wouldn't normally have it, I'm not sure.

I substituted light ranch dressing and added cracked black pepper - because the grocery store was out of Peppercorn Ranch.

I really like finding sauces and dressings to add flavor to any vegetable and this is a good one. I use whatever kind of ranch or creamy salad dressing I have (FF blue cheese was good) and I use frozen vegetables cooked in the microwave. Very easy and fast!

Very good, delicious flavor, nice change from just plain vegetables. We like steamed veggies but also want a variety sometimes.

This dish was great!! I did honey dijon and it gave it a sweet kick! Will be making it again soon for sure!!

It had a little extra tangy flavor, but overall tasted good.
