Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really tasty and so easy to make! Really tasty and so easy to make! My picky 15 year old loved it! I did not use a frozen crust. I got one that you can make. They have it where you would buy baking stuff. I did add a little salt and garlic salt. Will make this again and again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I tried it the way the recipe is written and it was not very good. I tried it the way the recipe is written and it was not very good. The next time, I steamed the frozen broccoli along with a 1/4 cup of onions until tender. Then I beat the eggs and added all the ingredients together and mixed. Then I poured the mixture into a deep dish pie shell and baked. This has turned out to be my favorite "never fail" quiche!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quiche! Excellent Quiche!! It is so cheesy and fluffy. My husband didn't care for brocolli in it. The great thing with this can layer your ingredients and then pour egg mixture over top. Next time, I will put brocolli on only 1/2 of the quiche and my hubby can enjoy a brocolli free quiche while I enjoy the brocolli. I added ham also. This was very good! Will definitely prepare again!!

The quiche is still in the oven but I think the recipe needs to be extremely modified...there's way too much liquid (eggs and half and half) so it should specify to use a deep deep dish pie crust...I thought the pie crust I used was nice and high but even though I didn't pour all the liquid into the shell, it still poured over when I put it in the oven...I then had to remove it and change baking sheets (burning my finger in the process - have ice on it right now)...some liquid still came over the sides but just a little and I was able to wipe it up...I also sweated out a little minced onion and garlic and mixed that in with the broccoli...I added salt and pep to the broccoli...and salt and pep to the eggs and half and half...I really hope this "easy" was worth it! finger hurts so much!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I made 3 of these for my Bible study group. I made 3 of these for my Bible study group. I used a combination of sharp and smoked cheddar cheeses which enhanced the flavor. There was not as much flavor in this recipe as I would have hoped for. There should have been more spice or a little more salt to enhance the flavor(s) in the ingredients. Wasn't enjoyed as much as other dishes I've shared with this group.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Tasty and VERY easy! Very Tasty and VERY easy! I added cubed ham and used a deep dish FROZEN pie crust. I covered the quiche with foil at the end so the crust didn't burn. If you use the deep dish pie, it needs just a dash of salt. I prepared the dry part of the quiche in the fridge the night before and just dumped in the wet mixture the morning I served it. It was great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked this one! I liked this one! Simple to make! I took the advise of one lady, and didn't use the crust, and added bacon, it was great! This was my first quiche to make. It was so easy, I'm going to do it again, and even put twists to the recipe! My friend even asked me for this recipe. I put cheese on top for a crispy cheese crust, oh man, that was the best part!!!
