  • Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, carrots and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Whisk in flour until blended.
  • Stir in milk; cook 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
