Last week in FL on vacation stopped at Cracker Barrel special of night chicken & broccoli casserole. I ordered thought it the best ask waitress for recipe she gave me what she thought was in it. camee home to IN thought about how much I liked called local Cracker Barrel they were to busy to give me recipe. To my surprise started searching cooking shows on internet only after about an hour to find here in the Kraft Recipe Connection could not wait to fix for family. Had about 10 family members over Sunday everyone enjoyed as much as I did. I do believe this is one of the better chicken recipes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVED THIS! I LOVED THIS!! I read some of the reviews and took their advise with the soup, however, I used Broccoli Cheddar soup instead of Cream of Chicken. I also precooked the chicken and seasoned it for more flavor. I also precooked the broccoli, and I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen. I mixed all that plus cubes of velveeta cheese put on A LOT of ritz crackers. I might use corn flakes for a better crunch. The whole family LOVED IT!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The whole family loved it! The whole family loved it! After reading reviews, I, too, used cream of chicken soup (for fear of it being too dry without it) and was not disappointed. Next time, I will probably partially steam my broccoli before baking the dish, as it was a little too crisp for my liking, and I will definitely make more of the Ritz topping. Overall, very tasty and GREAT as leftovers!

She could give small children lessons on being a picky eater. I tried this recipe to coax her to eat and she loved it. This is a quick and easy casserole to make and very tasty. My youngest boy and Mom can't wait till I make it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I reviewed some of the other comments before making this. I reviewed some of the other comments before making this. And I also added some cream of chicken soup in the mix as I am not a big fan of the velvetta cheese (hubby does!). Even tho he really liked this, he thought a tad rich. I thought was pretty good but a no go with my kids.

I don't think it's too dry like others have thought. I also add some cheddar in between the broccoli and chicken and it really gives it a good flavor! It's easy and I make it many times a month

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe last night for dinner. I made this recipe last night for dinner. Even my husband, who is not fond of broccoli, found it to be pretty good. I love the crispiness of the cracker topping and the way the broccoli and chicken compliment each other. I will make this again.
