Broccoli and Chicken Salad

This is a great summer time lunch. I've made it more than 5 times already and you can't mess it up. It also works great as a side salad with dinner.

What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

cups fresh broccoli florets

1-1/2

cups seedless red grapes halves

2/3

cup KRAFT Coleslaw Dressing

1/4

cup PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels

Make It

HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.

TOSS chicken with remaining ingredients in large bowl.

REFRIGERATE at least 30 min. before serving.

Very good! I cubed chicken instead of cutting into strips, then cooked it in 2T of conola oil to add a little more flavor. Per another review I added teh dried cranberries and I think that is what really made it a hit!

Made this for a potluck. Not much left. It's super easy and a relatively healthy lunch option. I used a store-bought roaster chicken. Grilled chicken might have been better flavor, but I opted for ease.

I didn't have coleslaw dressing so I mixed 2 Tbs miracle whip and 1tsp honey for the dressing. I also substituted canned white meat chicken for the cooked chicken. This is something that I never would have put together myself, but the flavors blend into an explosion of taste.

Makes a great summer main dish. I added 1/2 cup dried cranberries which added great flavor.

This recipe was quick and easy to prepare. Some items can be changed depending on what you have on hand. Add turkey instead of chicken , or spice it up a bit with different seasonings
