    Very good! I cubed chicken instead of cutting into strips, then cooked it in 2T of conola oil to add a little more flavor. Per another review I added teh dried cranberries and I think that is what really made it a hit!

    This is a great summer time lunch. I've made it more than 5 times already and you can't mess it up. It also works great as a side salad with dinner.
