Substitute cauliflower florets, or 1 lb. zucchini, sliced, for the broccoli.
Cook broccoli as directed; spoon into casserole. Combine stuffing mix, eggs, butter and cheese; spoon over broccoli. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, in 350°F oven 10 min. or until heated through.

This was very good and simple to make. I didn't have parmesean cheese, so I substituted mozzarella.
