Substitute 1 lb. cauliflower, cut into florets, or 1 lb. zucchini, sliced, for the broccoli florets.
Cook broccoli as directed; spoon into casserole. Mix stuffing mix, eggs, butter and cheese; spoon over broccoli. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 10 min. or until heated through.
