What You Need

1
bunch  broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
1
cup  STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
2
 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4
cup  (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK broccoli in boiling water 5 to 10 min. or until crisp-tender.

MEANWHILE, mix remaining ingredients.

DRAIN broccoli; spoon into serving dish. Top with stuffing mixture; cover. Let stand 5 min.

Substitute
Substitute 1 lb. cauliflower, cut into florets, or 1 lb. zucchini, sliced, for the broccoli florets.
Make Ahead
Cook broccoli as directed; spoon into casserole. Mix stuffing mix, eggs, butter and cheese; spoon over broccoli. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 10 min. or until heated through.
