  • Combine pasta, slaw, cranberries and onions in large bowl.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add to pasta mixture; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Top with almonds.


Substitute coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the broccoli slaw.

Variation Sweet & Spicy Broccoli Slaw Bow-Tie Salad

Prepare as directed, substituting PLANTERS Honey Roasted Peanuts for the almonds and adding 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce to the mayonnaise mixture before using as directed.

    This salad is delicious and so easy to throw together. It is low cal too! It will feed a group of ten or more. I made it for my ladies monthly salad luncheon. I know it will get rave reviews! Try it; you won't be disappointed.

    Took a double batch to a church supper and only had one serving left - which my husband promptly finished off! I did add one 15 oz. can of pineapple tidbits drained to it to enhance the fruit flavor.
