  • Cut broccoli into medium florets with 2-inch stems. Place in microwavable bowl with water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes.
  • Slice off tops of tomatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch shell. Drain.
  • Mix dressing and stuffing mix; spoon into each tomato. Place broccoli in tomatoes, stem-sides down. Place in microwavable dish. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes.

    Did not care for at all. I think it would be better if chicken was added to it. Will not make again.

    I have to be honest with this one...I just didn't care for the mix of flavors. I guess I'm not a fan of the dressing. I probably would have preferred just regular ranch. I think the dressing ruined it for me. Others might enjoy that mix but I won't be fixing this one again.
