Delicious. Couldn't get steaks, so I did this with filets. Because of this, I only broiled for 6 mins on the top rack, brushing marinade on every minute and a half or so. After 6 mins, turned off the broiler and left fish in the oven for another 3 mins, brushing marinade on two more times. Served with asparagus almondine, shrimp salad, and a bottle of chardonnay. Easy and delicious!
