My daughter whipped these up for a surprise to her father. We all loved them and so easy too. We used graham cracker crumbs and butter for the bottom instead of oreo's. more

what you need

 pink grapefruit
tsp.  sugar
tsp.  ground cinnamon
cup  thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Make It

PREHEAT broiler. Cut grapefruit in half; use a sharp knife to separate sections of grapefruit from the peel.

COMBINE sugar and cinnamon. Remove 1/4 tsp. of the cinnamon mixture; sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture over cut sides of grapefruit. Place, cut sides up, in broiler pan.

BROIL, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top each with 2 Tbsp. of the whipped topping; sprinkle with the reserved cinnamon mixture.

When purchasing grapefruit, select fruit with brightly colored skin that's firm when pressed with your fingers. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days or in plastic bag in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
