The cinnamon- and brown sugar-flavored instant hot wheat cereal adds spicy flavor to these quick-and-easy pancakes.

What You Need

1/2
cup  flour
1
pkt.  cinnamon brown sugar-flavored creamy wheat instant hot cereal
1
Tbsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
1
 egg
1
cup  milk
2
Tbsp.  margarine or butter, melted

Make It

MIX flour, cereal and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside.

BEAT egg, milk and margarine in wire whisk until well blended. Add to dry ingredients; mix just until blended. Let stand 5 min.; stir in blueberries.

LADLE scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.

Note
Make sure the griddle is hot before using. Flick a few drops of water on the surface; if the water sizzles, the griddle is ready.
Special Extra
Stir 1 cup blueberries into the batter before ladling onto hot griddle.
