  • Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side.
  • Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Mix syrup, catsup, sugar and vinegar; add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 15 to 20 min. or until chops are done (145°).
  • Move pork chops to side of skillet; add water, stuffing mix and peaches. Stir to moisten stuffing; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
