Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe last night for my family and they loved it! I made this recipe last night for my family and they loved it! It was super easy to make also, which is a huge plus with an 8 year old and 21 month old to look after! I did change it slightly by frying up some bacon and chopping it into pieces. I'm not a big ham fan, so this was a great substitute. Next time I think I will also add in some veggies as well, probably spinach or broccoli. My husband loved it so much he ended up eating the remainder last night. I will definitely be making this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm not a big fan of breakfst food, but this was pretty good! I'm not a big fan of breakfst food, but this was pretty good! I made it for a baby shower brunch and everyone who tried it had good things to say. I took other reviewers' advice and tried it with sausage instead of ham - in fact, I used sage sausage. I was a little concerned that the recipe didn't call for any salt, but the sausage (and maybe the cheese?) salted it enough that everyone thought it was perfect!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made it this morning and it was yummy! I made it this morning and it was yummy! My husband didn't think he was going to like it but he ended up loving it. I made it with the reduced fat crescent rolls and 1% milk and you couldn't even tell. I also used a little less cheese and skipped the ham and sprinkled down bacon bits on the crust instead. Next I think we'll do sausage. This turned out to be so easy but looked very fancy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have made this several times, always with ham. Have made this several times, always with ham. I spread the crescent dough with mustard before adding the remaining ingredients. I don't think I would make this ahead, but it goes together very quickly. Have the egg mixture ready to go in the fridge and all the ingredients chopped, shredded and ready to go. I've also added finely chopped green pepper and onion with the egg mixture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I will make this over and over- it was great and my boyfriend loved it too. I will make this over and over- it was great and my boyfriend loved it too. I used leftover ham from dinner and added onion. Although I lessened the calories by using skim milk and reduced fat cheese, you'd never know by the taste. I think using bacon or sausage would be great. I couldn't imagine if it would be good without onion though. I highly recommend it.

I accidently bought "big and flaky" crescent rolls but it worked great cause I had plenty of dough to cover the entire dish. I had maple ham on hand and it was VERY tasty in this dish. It did take like 15-20 minutes longer than it says, but it was worth the wait! Whole family loved, even picky 3 year old! I think I will make again with ground (cooked) sausage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was super easy! This was super easy! I hardly cook, but I made this for my mom when she came to visit and we both loved it. I used reduced fat sausage instead of the ham. It was great! Imagine all the possibilites with this dish!? You can make it kinda spicy mexican dish with salsa, corn, taco meat, etc, etc.. I can't wait to try this again!
