this was a hit in our house...I did 2 things different... I used thick cut pork chops which I cut into bite size pieces.. and I added some parm cheese to the stuffing tomato mix.. My kids both loved it and my husband who is a chef who is not particularly fond of pork chops.. went back for seconds!
