What You Need

1/2
cup chopped tomatoes

Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2
tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
2
 whole wheat sandwich buns (6 inch), partially split
2
Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
2
 romaine lettuce leaves
12
slices OSCAR MAYER Selects Applewood Smoked Ham

Make It

COMBINE first 4 ingredients.

SPREAD bottom halves of buns with reduced-fat cream cheese.

FILL with lettuce, ham and tomato mixture.

Don't have fresh basil? You can use 1 tsp. dried basil leaves instead.
