We thought it was pretty good, but I did have some issues. I had problems finding minute steaks, so I tried to use sandwich steaks instead. The first one fell apart, so I decided to shred the steaks (after they were cooked) and add the topping to the meat mixture. Then I served it on a roll.
If I were going to make any other changes, I'd add some, garlic and some fresh basil to the topping to make it taste more like an authentic bruschetta.
