Bruschetta Pizza Salad

Is it a pizza? Bruschetta? A green salad? It's all of these things, in one 20-minute recipe that will please salami and cheese lovers everywhere.

What You Need

cups  cubed day-old Italian bread (1/2 inch)

cup  plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing, divided
1/2
cup  plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided

cups  torn romaine lettuce
4
 tomatoes (1-1/4 lb.), chopped

slices  OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami, chopped

cup  cubed KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese
1/4
cup  chopped fresh basil

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

TOSS bread cubes with 2 Tbsp. each dressing and Parmesan; spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until bread is lightly toasted.

PLACE lettuce on large platter. Arrange tomatoes, salami and cheese over lettuce.

DRIZZLE with remaining dressing just before serving; top with remaining Parmesan, basil and croutons.

Serve with grilled chicken breasts and cut-up fresh fruit.
Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing.
Take Along
If transporting this recipe to a party, simply chop, slice and prepare ingredients, then store in separate resealable plastic bags in refrigerator until ready to pack for the party. Use to assemble salad just before serving.
