Prepare using Italian or French bread slices. Rub bread slices with fresh garlic before using to make sandwich.

Slice large-leafed herbs, such as basil and mint, into thin strips by stacking several leaves on top of one another. Roll the stack lengthwise into a cylinder then use a sharp knife to cut the cylinder crosswise to form fine shreds. This cut is called chiffonade. Be sure to use a sharp knife - a dull knife will bruise the leaves while cutting.

A little different from the normal grilled cheese. This would be much nicer with mozzarella or cheddar cheese and some more dressing.
Easy and Yum! Used deli cheese - harvarti for this. Basil and tomato... can't go wrong with that combo.
