  • Mix cream cheese and blue cheese with mixer until blended. Add celery and hot sauce; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Shape into ball; roll in nuts until evenly coated.

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Special Extra

To intensify the flavor and crunch of the walnuts, toast them before use. Just spread them onto a baking sheet and bake in 350°F oven 5 to 7 min. or until lightly toasted.

Buffalo Cheese Wreath

Prepare cheese mixture and refrigerate as directed. Place about 2-inch-diameter drinking glass in center of large plate. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls cheese mixture onto plate around glass, just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth top and side with spatula. Remove glass. Decorate cheese mixture with chopped fresh parsley and red peppers to resemble Christmas wreath.
