  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken breasts with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 5 min. on each side. Brush lightly with some of the barbecue sauce; grill 3 to 4 min. or until done (165°F), turning and brushing frequently with remaining barbecue sauce.
  • Serve chicken topped with cheese and onions.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 1/4 cup finely chopped celery for the sliced green onion.


Prepare using boneless skinless chicken thighs.
