    This is a great spread. I used bottled blue cheese dressing and added celery to make it taste even more like buffalo wings/

    Great recipe and very easy. I'm the only one that likes blue cheese, so I substituted an Italian 4-cheese shredded cheese blend which was great. I would also try using feta cheese sometime.

    This not only goes great with crackers, but I loved it so much that I have used it as a substitute for chicken salad. I do not like Mayo at all, but this was great on bread, and using the blue cheese crumbles were great on the sandwich as well. I also used fat free sour cream and you would not be able to tell...This is a great recipe! Thank you
