Buffalo Chicken Salad

This isn't your genteel aunt's chicken salad! It's layered with the robust flavors of Italian seasoning, BBQ sauce and crumbled blue cheese.

What You Need

env.  (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1/4
cup  cider vinegar

Tbsp.  water
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise

Tbsp.   BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) torn salad greens
1/4
cup  ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1
stalk   celery, sliced

Make It

PREPARE dressing mix as directed on envelope using vinegar and water, and substituting mayo for the oil.

HEAT barbecue sauce in skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done.

TOSS greens with cheese, celery and 1/2 cup dressing in large bowl. Add chicken; mix lightly.

Creative Leftovers
Refrigerate leftover dressing. Serve as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables.
Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Thick 'N Spicy Original Barbecue Sauce.
Special Extra
Add 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce to barbecue sauce before using as directed.
