  • Prepare dressing mix as directed on envelope using vinegar and water, and substituting mayo for the oil.
  • Heat barbecue sauce in skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Toss greens with cheese, celery and 1/2 cup dressing in large bowl. Add chicken; mix lightly.

Creative Leftovers

Refrigerate leftover dressing. Serve as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Thick 'N Spicy Original Barbecue Sauce.

Special Extra

Add 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce to barbecue sauce before using as directed.
