Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to make and alter to suit each person's preferences. So easy to make and alter to suit each person's preferences. We used plain tortillas, and for the chicken, I got the chicken tenders that were already "Buffalo" style. The kids also decided they prefer using ranch dressing for the sauce. I make these alongside the Chicken Caesar Wrap recipe so that my littlest guy has a non-spicy option. The kids end up taking their favorite items from each recipe to add to their wraps -- like one son likes to add the croutons used in the Caesar wrap to the Buffalo wrap. Also I serve this with soup as a "soup and sandwich" meal. It's become a new favorite lunch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FABULOUS! FABULOUS!!!! My family couldn't get enough. I grilled my chicken in a skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil. My 2 year old even ate it and wanted more. I think my 6 year old out ate my husband hands down and still wanted more even after there was none left on the plate! The sauce is amazing and so easy. Who would have known what a little mayonnaise and hot sauce could do?? I will definitely make this again!

I used regular tortillas though. what took the longest was cooking the chicken. I served it to my husband and myself and I think that he told me 4-5 times that I could make this recipe again which is his way of saying that he liked it very much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was an easy, quick weeknight supper. This was an easy, quick weeknight supper. Husband isn't a fan of mayonaise so I used Blue Cheese dressing instead and warmed the hot sauce with some butter and rolled the chicken strips in this mixture prior to putting in the tortillas. Went over very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were great! These were great! My husband does not like buffalo chicken sandwhiches EVER, but he thought these were great, and asked when I would be making them again. They are not as spicy as your typical buffalo chicken sandwhich, but taste great none the less!
