Build-Your-Own Easy Caramel-Apple Pie

What You Need

pkg.  (14.1 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
can  (21 oz.) apple pie filling
Tbsp.  caramel ice cream topping, divided
tub   (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

CUT each pie crust into 8 wedges; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 min. or until golden brown; cool.

SPOON pie filling and 1 Tbsp. caramel topping into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 min. stirring after each min. or until heated through.

TOP pastry wedges with pie filling, COOL WHIP and remaining caramel topping just before serving.

Set up ingredients as a dessert bar and invite each guest top their pastry wedge with pie filling, COOL WHIP and caramel topping. For a change of pace, serve a variety of pie filling flavors and ice cream topping flavors.
