  • Process first 6 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Spoon mixture into large shallow dish. Add honey, 1 Tbsp. oil and black pepper; mix well. Add meat; stirring to evenly coat with pear mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat remaining oil in large skillet on high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Add meat to skillet, in batches; cook 1 to 2 min. or until desired doneness, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed before serving.

Place grill pan on grill grate; heat grill to high heat. Place meat on grill pan; cook 4 min. or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
