BULL'S-EYE Carolina Style BBQ Pork-Reuben

The secret to the succulence of our Carolina-style BBQ pork Reuben? A good, long stretch in the slow cooker. That, and the tiniest sprinkle of caraway seed.

What You Need

 boneless pork shoulder (3 lb.)
bottle   (17.5 oz.) BULL'S-EYE Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce
cups  drained CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut
tsp.  caraway seed

Make It

PLACE meat in slow cooker.

COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon over meat. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).

Make Ahead
Meat can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat in microwave or on stove top just before serving.

Keep cold foods in the refrigerator or freezer until you're ready to go, then pack the cooler just before leaving. Always use plenty of ice packs and fill your cooler with food, since a full cooler will maintain its cold temperature longer than one that's partially filled.
