What You Need

boneless pork shoulder (3 lb.)

bottle (17.5 oz.) BULL'S-EYE Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce

1/2

cup packed brown sugar

tsp. hot pepper sauce

1/2

tsp. paprika

Make It

PLACE meat in slow cooker.

MIX remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours). Shred meat.

Meat can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat in microwave or on stove top just before serving.

Made this with 5# pork shoulder for birthday lunch a work (for 25 people). Cooked pork all night and pulled it next morning...it was delicious. Will make it again!!

Yum! I actually made this with boneless pork chops as that's what I had in the freezer and it was fantastic! I added a little chopped onion as I'm very partial to onions with BBQ sauce and I would do that again next time. I served the chops with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was a family favorite.

Had a hecktic day planned, trying to feed my family in two different houses, doctors appts, taking care of mom and dad, i prepared this early in the morning and came home to a delicious cooked meal. It was very easy and very tasty. I would def make again!!

Absolutely LOVED it!!!! I used my dads homemade bbq sauce instead and didnt wanna add any other ingredients to it to change the flavor to his sauce. So technically I didnt really use this recipe, lol, but its what gave me the idea...cooked it exactly how it said and it was WONDERFUL!!

This was absolutely fabulous! Made it with a pork tenderloin and regular Bullseye then made it with a pork roast & the Carolina BBQ suggested and they were both delicious. Have made many times since.
