    Made this with 5# pork shoulder for birthday lunch a work (for 25 people). Cooked pork all night and pulled it next was delicious. Will make it again!!

    Yum! I actually made this with boneless pork chops as that's what I had in the freezer and it was fantastic! I added a little chopped onion as I'm very partial to onions with BBQ sauce and I would do that again next time. I served the chops with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was a family favorite.
