BULL'S-EYE Grilled Pork Wraps recipe
I really liked this recipe. I have made it with left over grilled pork. I just reheated it in the fry pan. Works great both ways.

What You Need

lb.  boneless center cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
medium  green peppers, quartered
 medium onion, sliced
cup  BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, any variety, divided
flour tortillas (10 inch) or 8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-hot heat. Place chops and vegetables on greased grill.

GRILL chops 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and grill vegetables 5 minutes on each side, brushing each frequently with 1/2 cup sauce.

SLICE chops and vegetables into thin strips. Divide filling among warm tortillas. Roll and tuck in sides to create an enclosed wrapper. Serve with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
