Buttercup Squash

Buttercup squash is a type of winter squash that resembles a kobacha squash. It's squat and green on the outside and deep yellowish-orange to almost red on the inside. Some call it an upside-down acorn squash. No matter the name, the flavor is sweet and nutty with a creamy consistency.
