Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good basic recipe This was a good, basic recipe, but I felt like it just needed a little bit more flavor. I roasted the squash first, just to make sure it was nice and soft for the filling. I also sauteed the spinich with some garlic and then added a bit of fresh spinach to the filling as well. I think maybe some sage or nutmeg might have been good additions to add a bit more depth to the dish.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very bland It took nearly 2 hours to get the squash done. I even chopped the squash in small pieces. It was also very bland . Needs seasoning. I was very disappointed. Will not be making this again.
