  • Then follow our 3 simple steps:
  • Pour 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing over 1 lb. meat in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag; let stand 10 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, cut 1/2 head of cabbage into thin slices; set aside.
  • Place meat and marinade in large skillet or wok; cook and stir on medium heat until evenly browned. Add cabbage, onions, carrots and celery; mix well. Cook and stir 10 min. or until cabbage is crisp-tender and meat is cooked through.
  • Toss with additional 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing. Spoon over the rice.


For the shrimp option, stir-fry the vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing for 5 min., then add the shrimp and stir-fry an additional 5 min. Toss with the additional 1/4 cup dressing before serving over the rice.

Cooking Know-How

Cabbage is ready after about 10 min. of stir-frying. If cooked longer than that, it begins to lose its color and crisp texture.

    I made the shrimp version - it was tasty! And the mix of variety was very different, it was nice for a refreshing change. I definitely used less cabbage, rice and shrimp, and it needed a little more flavor when it was done so I just added more dressing. Yum!

    made with chicken, soy sauce instead of dressing, which we all agreed sounds gross, but who knows. Everyone loved it but the picky toddler. next time I'll add fresh garlic. Otherwise, yum!
