For the shrimp option, stir-fry the vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing for 5 min., then add the shrimp and stir-fry an additional 5 min. Toss with the additional 1/4 cup dressing before serving over the rice.
Cabbage is ready after about 10 min. of stir-frying. If cooked longer than that, it begins to lose its color and crisp texture.

I made the shrimp version - it was tasty! And the mix of variety was very different, it was nice for a refreshing change. I definitely used less cabbage, rice and shrimp, and it needed a little more flavor when it was done so I just added more dressing. Yum!
made with chicken, soy sauce instead of dressing, which we all agreed sounds gross, but who knows. Everyone loved it but the picky toddler. next time I'll add fresh garlic. Otherwise, yum!
