For the shrimp option, stir-fry the vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing for 5 min., then add the shrimp and stir-fry an additional 5 min. Toss with the additional 1/4 cup dressing before serving over the rice.
Cabbage is ready after about 10 min. of stir-frying. If cooked longer than that, it begins to lose its color and crisp texture.
