what you need

Take 1 each chopped onion, carrot and celery stalk and 2 cups hot cooked rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options KRAFT Dressing choices cabbage possibilities
boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced Peppercorn Ranch green
hot Italian sausage, sliced Sun-Dried Tomato red
boneless pork loin, sliced Balsamic Vinaigrette savoy
frozen shrimp, cooked (see Note) Classic Caesar napa

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

POUR 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing over 1 lb. meat in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag; let stand 10 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, cut 1/2 head of cabbage into thin slices; set aside.

PLACE meat and marinade in large skillet or wok; cook and stir on medium heat until evenly browned. Add cabbage, onions, carrots and celery; mix well. Cook and stir 10 min. or until cabbage is crisp-tender and meat is cooked through.

TOSS with additional 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing. Spoon over the rice.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Note
For the shrimp option, stir-fry the vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing for 5 min., then add the shrimp and stir-fry an additional 5 min. Toss with the additional 1/4 cup dressing before serving over the rice.
Cooking Know-How
Cabbage is ready after about 10 min. of stir-frying. If cooked longer than that, it begins to lose its color and crisp texture.
