  • Heat panini grill.
  • Mix first 6 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chicken.
  • Place 1 cheese slice on each of 4 bread slices. Top with chicken salad, lettuce and tomatoes; cover with remaining cheese and bread slices.
  • Grill 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
