What You Need

1/4
cup  PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1
 green onion, sliced

Tbsp.  milk
1
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
Tbsp.  fresh lemon juice
1/4
tsp.  dried basil leaves
2
cups  chopped cooked chicken breasts
8
 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
8
slices  multi-grain bread
4
small  romaine lettuce leaves
1
large  tomato, cut into 8 thin slices

Make It

HEAT panini grill.

MIX first 6 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chicken.

PLACE 1 cheese slice on each of 4 bread slices. Top with chicken salad, lettuce and tomatoes; cover with remaining cheese and bread slices.

GRILL 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.

Caesar-Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomatoes
For a refreshing twist, omit the bread and mozzarella cheese. Cut 4 tomatoes into wedges; fill with chicken salad. Serve on lettuce leaves.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a piece of fruit and glass of cold skim milk.
If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
