Very very filling meal and i'm doing Weight Watchers. This salad only 3 pts for 1 1/2 cups. You cant find Caesar salad ANYWHERE for 3 pts lol. I was so full after the salad that i could only eat 2 stuffed shells thats all my whole family could eat--and a serving is 4 shells. AWESOME AWESOME--salad not too strong tasting either.

By using regular Kraft salad dressings, you get a great taste that is satisfying. You can control the amount of oil and calories by the amount of dressing used. Add some Kraft Natural cheese and the flavor is so enhanced that you can reduce the amount of salad needed to satisfy your appetite.
