    It's very good, but it really doesn't taste too caesar-y. It doesn't have eggs, garlic, or anchovies (sounds gross, but they're really in there). Also, I guess I like a more creamy caesar dressing. Overall, though, this recipe is very good, just not for a caesar.

    This recipe does not taste at all like Caesar salad dressing. Much too tart from the vinegar and lemon juice and too thin in consistency.
