Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's very good, but it really doesn't taste too caesar-y. It's very good, but it really doesn't taste too caesar-y. It doesn't have eggs, garlic, or anchovies (sounds gross, but they're really in there). Also, I guess I like a more creamy caesar dressing. Overall, though, this recipe is very good, just not for a caesar.
