Caesar Salad Dressing

This popular salad dressing is a snap to prepare. Just blend oil, lemon juice and garlic powder with Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard.

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. lemon juice

1/4

tsp. ground black pepper

1/4

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

PLACE all ingredients in jar or cruet; cover and shake until well blended.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until chilled.

SHAKE gently before serving over your favorite mixed green salad.

It's very good, but it really doesn't taste too caesar-y. It doesn't have eggs, garlic, or anchovies (sounds gross, but they're really in there). Also, I guess I like a more creamy caesar dressing. Overall, though, this recipe is very good, just not for a caesar.
