Very good and easy to make. I added mushrooms and some fresh tomatoes. Served with salad and Italian bread. Extra cheese!

What You Need

4
cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1/4
cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
1
lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/2
lb. thin fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths
 Zest and juice from 1 lemon
1/4
cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and asparagus; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in zest and juice.

DRAIN pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Place pasta in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Gradually stir in reserved pasta water, if desired, until pasta mixture is of desired consistency. Top with cheese.

Substitute
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for the shrimp.
