What a yummy surprise this dish was! I followed the recipe exactly, with the addition of some salt and pepper. Some reviewers mentioned using Cooking Cream, but it appears the recipe has been changed since the ingredient list now shows an 8 oz. tub of cream cheese. Combined with the cajun seasoning, it made a delicious, creamy sauce with just enough kick. We loved it, and I will definitely make it again!
