  • Mix 1/4 cup dressing, vegetable juice cocktail, seasoning and pepper sauce until blended. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken breasts. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), topping with cheese for the last minute.
  • Spread cut sides of rolls with remaining dressing; fill with chicken and remaining ingredients.

Heat broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), topping with cheese for the last minute.
