this was awesome! the relish is wonderful.. we made it with the zesty rice (sans meat) and it was YUM!
This recipe was fantastic. The A-1 marinade was the best part....it was spicy but very good. I left out the celery and only put in onions, garlic, and red peppers...but still good. I also added a little seasoning salt into the 3 pepper relish.
Recipe is very easy and enjoyable
I made the Zesty Rice salad as the side dish - lots a raves!
