Cajun Salmon Kabobs

These kicked-up salmon kabobs are marinated in Italian dressing and Cajun seasoning before being threaded and grilled with tomatoes and green onions.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
tsp.  Cajun seasoning
lb.  skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch chunks
bunch  green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
cup  cherry tomatoes

Make It

MIX dressing and seasoning until blended; pour over fish in bowl. Stir gently to evenly coat. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Thread fish onto 4 skewers alternately with vegetables.

GRILL 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning occasionally.

How to Prevent Fish From Sticking to Grill
To prevent fish from sticking to the grill, spray the cold grill grates with cooking spray or brush lightly with vegetable oil. To avoid flare-ups, don't use cooking spray or use oil directly over flames.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
